Dobrý den,
u skladových zásob zboží bylo uvedeno na DOTAZ. Zboží nebylo dostupné u dodavatele ani nebyl potvrzen termín naskladnění, proto bylo provedeno stornování objednávky z naší strany. Zákazník byl obeznámen se situací okamžitě e-mailem. -

Please write and send in english language as I don't understand czech!! At least when orders are from outside your country.
Did not get any confirmation on the dispatch and is it send to me? Money already drawn from my account.
So all-in-all: No package arrived, money paid and no info. regarding the dispatch.

- i am disappointed from what they promised of the delivery date and what i found ,they promised 5 working days.now the 5 working days are over and they are staring to send it now which mean another 5 working days .if they have said 10 working days.
