Terrible e-shop! I ordered the dress during the black friday event, so sometime in the winter of 2023. When the wrong size arrived for the first time, I thought, okay, it can happen. I negotiated a replacement with support, where I pointed out the error. However, when I received the wrong size for the second time, I was already quite angry, once again communicating with the underfloor and assuring me that everything will be fine. But when the dress came to me for the third time in a row in the wrong size, I was really angry because I kept running back and forth to the post office and they still couldn't deliver the dress according to the order. They told me at the support that I should not order the dress again, that they have to find out where the problem is and that they will contact me and deliver the dress. Despite the fact that I contacted support myself even after this information, I was assured that the problem was being solved in the warehouse and that they would contact me on their own and I no longer needed to write to them. NO ONE has called back and the dress is no longer available in my size. The worst experience I've had so far. incompetent staff. False information. Buyer in last place! Disgusting experience.
